Sourcing, screening & arranging interviews through various
portals, for suitable profiles.

Headhunting suitable candidates as per job specification.

Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidate for open

Responsible for screening and short listing of candidates.

Creating & maintaining database.
·
Follow up from pre interview till joining of the candidate.
·
Taking initial interviews & coordinating further rounds of
interviews with functional heads.
