Troubleshooting operational issues in Customer computer systems
Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems

 

Required Candidate Skills :
Candidates Must Have Strong written and verbal communication skills
Graduate/Under Graduate, Drop Out (Any stream)
Candidates Must Have An understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
Candidates Must Have Basic computer and desktop knowledge.
Candidates Must Have Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Flexible to work in night shifts: 24*7*5 days working
