Application Fee: For Dean/Professor cadre posts- Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for ST/SC) and for Associate Professor/Assistant Professor cadre posts- Rs. 800/- (Rs. 400/- for ST/SC). The prescribed application fee should be paid in shape of Bank Draft in favour of Nanaji Deshmukh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur.

Educational Qualifications:
A Ph.D. Degree in Fisheries Science or related field. OR Passed National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject or related field conducted by the ICAR/UGC/CSIR or other Central agencies. In case, the candidates with NET qualification are not available, Master's degree holders in the relevant subject or related field without NET will be recruited with the condition that they shall pass NET examination within 2 (two) years from the date of appointment, failing which their services will be terminated without giving any notice. An agreement to this effect shall have to be executed by the candidate prior to his/her joining and before the Registrar of this Vishwavidyalaya. The candidates who pass NET within the prescribed limit of 2 (two) years shall be entitled for normal annual grade increment from the date of passing NET as per rules.
