At least First class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering only; from a recognized University.Desirable : (i) Master's degree in Engg. or Technology in the subject concerned.(ii) Knowledge of Chinese, French, Russian, German or Japanese foreign language
