Educational Qualifications:
Essential to have Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in the field of decentralization; Thorough knowledge of Panchayat functioning; Sound knowledge and indepth understanding of challenges and working of PRIs and its structure; Ideally should have worked and engaged extensively with PRIs in any capacity; Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc).; Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; Ability to work independently and under pressure.
